Your shift managers can now void and reissue fills, credits, and table open/close balances directly in PlayerIQ — with full audit trail, mandatory reason codes, and supervisor authorization. No more calling support and waiting for someone to fix a mistyped denomination.

BeforeShift manager discovers a fill was entered with the wrong denomination. Calls Strategy9 support. Opens a ticket. Waits for a database correction. Daily reconciliation is off until it's fixed.

WAC 230-15-200 requires semiannual activity reports filed through the WSGC's SecureAccess Washington (SAW) portal. PlayerIQ now generates the complete report — days operated, table-hours by game type, poker activity, revenue summary, and compliance status — with a one-click CSV export formatted for SAW data entry.
